Our standard turnaround stock items typically range from 2-3 days to 2 weeks if minor alterations are requested.

 

Custom/Design Your Own

 

Our standard turnaround for custom work is 2 - 4 weeks once the artwork is approved. The delivery times are longer and shorter depedning on the complexity of the artwork or customization requsted. If you need your order done quicker let us know.  We have a variety of RUSH services available for a moderate fee.





Easy Returns

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return items within 30 DAYS of receipt. We'll happily accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items. 

 

Merchandise must be in new condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt / invoice.


Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.

 

Returns are accepted through the mail.

 

If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status. Items available in stock will be shipped approximately 48 to 72 hours to the shipping address on your invoice.


If the item(s) was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment. No additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred with exchanges.

 

Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.

The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, you can find contact information by going to the Customer Service and submit a request.
